Race Code currently ships across the United States and Spain.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING TIMES
United States: 2-5 business days
Spain: 2-5 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100 and on Spain orders over EUR 80. Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERY NOTES
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or high-volume periods.
Orders shipped within Spain are fulfilled from our logistics center in Spain.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, email support@race-code.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first and then email support@race-code.com with your order number.

CUSTOMS
Orders shipped within the United States and Spain do not incur additional customs charges at delivery.
