Race Code ships worldwide to every destination available at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING TIMES
United States: 3-5 business days after processing
Spain — Peninsula: 1-2 business days after processing
Spain — Islands: 3-5 business days after processing
Other destinations: the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS
United States: $4.90. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Spain: EUR 6.00. Free shipping on orders of EUR 50 or more.
Shipping rates for all other destinations are shown at checkout.

DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
For destinations where checkout states that duties and import taxes are included, those amounts are prepaid and you should not receive additional customs charges at delivery. Orders delivered within the United States or the European Union do not incur import duties. If checkout does not state that duties and taxes are included, local customs charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERY NOTES
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays or high-volume periods. U.S. orders are generally fulfilled from the United States. Orders covered by our European flat-rate service are generally fulfilled from our logistics center in Spain.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, email support@race-code.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first and then email support@race-code.com with your order number.
