What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders fast. You have 2 hours after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After that, we can't guarantee modifications. Email us at support@race-code.com with your order number as soon as possible.
My payment didn't go through β what should I do?
Check that your billing address matches the one registered with your card, that your card has sufficient funds, and that it's authorized for online purchases. If the problem continues, try a different payment method or contact us at support@race-code.com.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional but lets you track orders, save addresses and access your order history.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You'll get a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a second email with tracking information once the order ships. If you don't see either, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States and Spain.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After that, delivery takes 2-5 business days in both the United States and Spain.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100 and on Spain orders over β¬80. Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped within the United States and Spain do not incur additional customs charges at delivery.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received the package.
First, check with your neighbors and building reception, and wait 24 hours β carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then email us within 7 days at support@race-code.com.
My package arrived damaged.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@race-code.com with photos of the damage (product and packaging). We'll make it right.
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging. See the full Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@race-code.com within 14 days with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Exception: if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, we cover the return shipping.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, you may request an exchange, subject to stock availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging. Email support@race-code.com with your order number to get started.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
What items can't be returned?
Sale or final-sale items (if labeled as such), gift cards, custom/personalized pieces, and underwear, socks or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
What size should I order?
Check our Size Guide before placing your order. Each product page includes specific measurements.
Most pieces β tees, hoodies, caps and accessories β run boxy by design. We recommend sizing up for the intended relaxed fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, go with your usual size.
Exceptions: the Speedway Crewneck and the Speedway Varsity Jacket run true to size.
Do you restock sold-out sizes?
Popular sizes might come back, but restocks aren't guaranteed. Sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page to be alerted by email.
The fit isn't right for me β can I exchange?
Yes. If the fit is not right, email support@race-code.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
What materials do you use?
We work with premium heavyweight cotton (240-320 gsm) and technical blends designed to hold their shape wash after wash. Each product page lists the specific composition.
How should I care for my Race Code pieces?
To keep your gear looking like day one:
- Wash inside-out in cold water (max 30Β°C / 86Β°F)
- Use mild detergent, no bleach, no softener
- Hang to dry or tumble-dry low
- Iron inside-out, avoiding printed or embroidered areas
- Don't dry-clean
Can the prints fade or crack?
Our prints and embroidery are built to last, but following the care instructions above significantly extends their life. Over-washing, high heat and harsh detergents are the main enemies.
Do you release limited drops?
Yes. Most collections are produced in limited quantities and once they sell out, they don't come back. Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to the newsletter to be first in line on drops.
What is Race Code?
Race Code is premium streetwear with racing DNA. We focus on heavyweight fabrics, relaxed fits and limited drops designed for everyday wear.
Where are your products made?
Our pieces are designed in the United States and Spain, produced with vetted manufacturing partners. We prioritize quality, consistency and ethical production.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet β Race Code is currently online-only. We do occasional pop-ups; follow us on Instagram for announcements.
