Refund policy

Race Code accepts returns within 14 days from delivery.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to process the return.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, returned with original tags and packaging, and free from stains, odors or signs of use.

REFUNDS
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If you need another size, email support@race-code.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email support@race-code.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In these cases, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email support@race-code.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will reply with the next steps and return instructions.
